Weguest offers its full management service with a fee of 18% of the booking price (price per night x number of nights). This fee will be charged when the booking has been completed.
What's more, cleaning fees are paid by guests.
With Weguest, you won't pay anything until the final service has been carried out. Once the final service has been carried out, payment will be charged to the card you linked to your profile.
Forget about cash payments. Reserved services are paid for online through our payment provider Sabadell, which is a secure SSL/PCI payment gateway used by thousands of companies worldwide.
We accept most credit and debit cards and, for your security, all transactions are encrypted and we don't save payment card details and numbers.
Of course! Simply fill in your tax details in your profile. Once the last service has been completed for the booking, you can download the invoice from your host area.
Additional charges for which a host may be liable include:
- Any cleaning service scheduled after a host's stay at the property.
- Any maintenance work carried out by our operators, including access to a third-party maintenance company or delivery of requested items to the property during a guest's stay.
- Any charges by a third-party maintenance company and coordination fees.
